digihub.li and the Ideenkanal compile the first Social Entrepreneurship Monitor for Liechtenstein
In 2024, Liechtenstein will be included in the European Social Enterprise Monitor (ESEM) for the first time. The digihub.li team and the Ideenkanal Foundation have joined forces for this purpose. The study will take place simultaneously in 30 European countries.
The aim of the monitoring is to remedy the lack of data on social enterprises and social start-ups at Liechtenstein and European level. The next step is to understand the challenges and needs of social entrepreneurs in order to enable better laws, guidelines, support and funding in the future.
Liechtenstein strengthens its commitment to social entrepreneurship
"In Liechtenstein, interest in social entrepreneurship has increased significantly in recent years. Now is the right time to conduct an initial survey", says Stephan Schweiger, Managing Director of the Ideenkanal Foundation. Stephan Gstöhl, Managing Director of digihub.li, adds: "By participating in the ESEM, we are becoming part of a European network for social entrepreneurship and sustainable business models".
Companies in Liechtenstein are invited to participate
Liechtenstein companies that aim to have a positive social, environmental or cultural impact are invited to take part in the survey until the end of December 2023. Detailed information on Liechtenstein monitoring and the online questionnaire can be found in the drop-down menu (German - Survey Liechtenstein) under this link.

Interested individuals have the opportunity to inform themselves about the monitoring during Ideencamp X on Thursday, November 23 (from 5:30 PM) at Vadozner Huus. The Social Entrepreneurship Monitor Liechtenstein is expected to be presented as part of Ideencamp X in August 2024.
