The Liechtenstein Venture Cooperative (LVC) as an innovative form of cooperation

The Liechtenstein Venture Cooperative (LVC) offers a new and flexible way to realize innovative projects in Liechtenstein. This special form of cooperation enables several parties to work together on the development and implementation of innovations without the direct need for a traditional corporate structure.

What is an LVC?

The LVC is a legally secured small cooperative designed to jointly develop inventions and innovations. This form of cooperation is particularly suitable for founding teams or several inventors who want to develop their idea further in a structured form. The contribution of innovations and preliminary work is precisely documented and the founders receive corresponding shares in return.

Advantages of LVC

- Flexible foundation structure: The LVC provides a legal basis for jointly developing innovations and can later be converted into other legal forms.

- Legal protection: Inventions and innovations are documented and protected in an innovation certificate.

- Clear distribution of shares: The benefits and contributions of the members are set out in the contribution regulations and form the basis for the distribution of shares in LVC.

Who benefits from the LVC?

This form of cooperation is ideal for founders and innovators who want to work together on an idea without directly founding a GmbH or other legal forms. Individual founders who want to drive their idea forward with others can also benefit from the flexibility of the LVC.
