AI assistant for more efficient meetings
News: Successful workshop "Making meetings more efficient - supported by AI"
On September 18, the interactive workshop "Making meetings more efficient - supported by AI" was successfully held at Technopark Liechtenstein. For around 90 minutes, participants gained valuable insights into innovative techniques for optimizing meetings, supported by artificial intelligence.
Efficiency and clarity through AI
In this practical training course, trainer Michael Reinhardt showed how AI-supported processes and a clear structure can not only save time, but also significantly increase productivity. The aim was to provide participants with tools to increase the efficiency of meetings through well thought-out preparation, formulate clear to-do's and make sustainable decisions.
AI as the key to increasing efficiency
Artificial intelligence offers a wide range of opportunities to significantly improve the way meetings run. Hartmut Hübner showed how the use of AI-supported tools, such as our AI assistant "Meeting Mate", can be used to create automatic minutes, prioritize tasks and clearly assign responsibilities, among other things. After the meeting, the follow-up process can be simplified by using AI to monitor the implementation of decisions and provide timely reminders of outstanding to-dos. This ensures that meetings not only run efficiently, but also deliver productive results that are implemented by everyone.
Positive feedback from participants
The participants were enthusiastic about the opportunities that AI offers for improving meetings. The participants' feedback was taken on board immediately and the course will be shared in future. The AI assistant will be presented in a separate workshop and the various possible applications will be explained and tried out.
Target group and next dates
The workshop was aimed at all those who regularly moderate meetings and are looking for more efficient ways to structure them and clearly formulate results.
The next event will take place on Wednesday, December 4, hybrid. Participation is therefore possible on site or online.
