Impact Cooperative

The Impact Cooperative serves as a corporate form for impact-oriented companies. It can be run as a continuation of the Liechtenstein Venture Cooperative (LVC) on a cooperative basis. The framework for the Impact Cooperative is currently being developed.

Aim and purpose

The Impact Cooperative provides a holistic framework for

  • Value and impact-oriented leadership
  • Simple and targeted impact measurement for the environment, economy and society
  • Involvement of various stakeholders (multi-stakeholder approach, prosumers instead of consumers, etc.)
  • Tools for transparency, governance and decision-making
  • Implementation of ecosystem and impact business models
  • Legally compliant application and integration of blockchain and new technologies in corporate culture, management and processes
