The changing world of work poses challenges for SMEs and the public sector in Liechtenstein. Interviews with more than 45 decision-makers show that there is a high demand for the formation of digital foundations and the simple use of artificial intelligence (AI).

In order to take advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization, suitable services are needed that focus on the individual. The focus is on empowerment and personal responsibility as key components for successfully breaking out of entrenched structures.

Breaking out of the hamster wheel

New technologies help us to work more efficiently and create space for creative thinking. The vision: companies and individuals should no longer be restricted in the stressful hamster wheel of routine, but instead be inspired by the opportunities of digitalization.

As part of the "Erfolg fangt ganz kli a" empowerment campaign, we are presenting an interactive quiz that not only enables a playful first contact with AI, but also focuses on empowerment. The campaign stands for the combination of new technologies and personal growth.

Learning and shaping the future

As a practical step into the future, we are developing a digital learning platform and offering workshops and new formats for collaboration. We encourage interested parties to take advantage of our free services and actively help shape the future.
