New Work Barometer 2024 invites Liechtenstein to participate

The New Work Barometer 2024, a joint initiative of HRpepper, personalmagazin and SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, is calling on companies and organizations from Liechtenstein to take part in its annual survey. This year's barometer focuses on the topic of "New Work Attitudes: What attitudes are needed for New Work?" and for the first time also offers participants from Liechtenstein the opportunity to contribute their perspectives.

The New Work Barometer aims to deepen the understanding of New Work in German-speaking countries and to analyze the measures implemented in this area. This year, the survey will be expanded to enable a comprehensive country comparison between Germany, Austria, Switzerland and now also Liechtenstein.

The survey aims to investigate how different attitudes, such as "structure first", "people first" and "culture first", influence the success of New Work and organizational performance. In addition, for the first time, various home office arrangements are also being correlated with innovation and organizational performance.

Particularly suitable are participants who are in ihose organizations can assess the topic of organizational development well or carry out projects and further training in this area: Managing directors, HR managers, team leaders and employees.

The results of the survey will be presented after completion and offer valuable insights into the development and implementation of New Work concepts in German-speaking countries and especially in Liechtenstein.

Prof. Dr. Carsten C. Schermuly from the SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences emphasizes the importance of Liechtenstein's participation in the New Work Barometer and calls on people to participate diligently in the survey.

It takes about 12-15 minutes to answer. The data collection is of course anonymous. It is not possible to draw conclusions about the person or the organization at any time. The survey can be canceled at any time without any disadvantages.
